چکیده

At present, most of the control methods of the lower extremity exoskeleton carrying robot require to calculate the system’s dynamic equation and create the control quantity at each moment, which don’t make full use of the repeatability feature of human movement and inevitably causes the delay on the dynamic response of the system. In this paper, utilizing the dynamic repeat characteristics of human walking, the time-variable quasiNewton iterative learning controller of the lower extremity exoskeleton carrying system is designed to improve the control speed and the precision, where the human-machine interaction is considered . When the modeling error is large or the dynamics equation is not so accurate, the feedback loop can be added to improve the system’s performance. In this paper, the corresponding quasi-Newton method based on feedback is constructed, which is used to control the carrying robot. Simulation results show the valid of the given method.

Optimal Trajectory of Flexible Manipulator with Maximum Load Carrying Capacity

In this paper, a new formulation along with numerical solution for the problem of finding a point-to-point trajectory with maximum load carrying capacities for flexible manipulators is proposed. For rigid manipulators, the major limiting factor in determining the Dynamic Load Carrying Capacity (DLCC) is the joint actuator capacity. The flexibility exhibited by light weight robots or by robots o...

Iterative Learning Control Analysis, Design, and Experiments

In many industrial robot applications it is a fact that the robot is programmed to do the same task repeatedly. By observing the control error in the different iterations of the same task it becomes clear that it is actually highly repetitive. Iterative Learning Control (ILC) allows to iteratively compensate for and, hence, remove this repetitive error. In the thesis different aspects of iterat...

Iterative learning identification and control for dynamic systems described by NARMAX model

A new iterative learning controller is proposed for a general unknown discrete time-varying nonlinear non-affine system represented by NARMAX (Nonlinear Autoregressive Moving Average with eXogenous inputs) model. The proposed controller is composed of an iterative learning neural identifier and an iterative learning controller. Iterative learning control and iterative learning identification ar...

Perfect Tracking of Supercavitating Non-minimum Phase Vehicles Using a New Robust and Adaptive Parameter-optimal Iterative Learning Control

In this manuscript, a new method is proposed to provide a perfect tracking of the supercavitation system based on a new two-state model. The tracking of the pitch rate and angle of attack for fin and cavitator input is of the aim. The pitch rate of the supercavitation with respect to fin angle is found as a non-minimum phase behavior. This effect reduces the speed of command pitch rate. Control...

PD Iterative Self-learning Control for 3R Plane Robot Trajectory Tracking

In order to improve the speed and accuracy of the trajectory tracking control for 3R plane robot, a PD iterative self-learning control algorithm is proposed based on the PD iterative control algorithm. The error of target value and the actual value of this iteration is introduced into the PD learning gain to make the PD learning gain becomes a function of the error and to achieve the effect of ...
